The hotel's position was comfortable, so close to the lovely beach on the sunset/ocean side of the isthmus, nice bars and restaurants in a 5min walking radius and the bus stop. I booked top-class recently renovated room with nice view.
Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. It is located in the same beach of the Caleta, 15 minutes from the center by bus, there is a stop a few meters from the hotel. facilities are very well cared for and cleaning is very good both in the rooms and in the rest of the hotel. breakfast buffet is located on the first floor, from which you have a beautiful view of the beach. They have a lot of variety in fruits, breads, pastries, hot dishes, coffee machines. staff of the buffet is very attentive to the needs of the clients, for example if you want soya or lactose free milk. reception staff, are charming and very attentive and helpful at all times, offering information about the city. It is worth mentioning the attention received from Noelia and Miguel, they took care of us wonderfully during our stay.

The wifi. Proximity to the beach. And central
The plasterboard that does not isolate from the noise of other continuous room guests. The noise caused by the cleaners. No personal hygiene set and too expensive parking. Being the hotel with many empty rooms, they choose to accommodate all guests on the same floor. More tranquility is missed. The staff does not laugh. They hardly look at your face or ask you if you are comfortable or how you have been or if everything is going well. It seems more like a pension with functional furniture and a good location than the service that a 4 star hotel is supposed to give for the price. The rooms, if you look around, need a little maintenance. The windows are dirty. The best thing is the interest in doing the paperwork and charging for the room well, those if you wait. There is a lack of personnel and they are qualified. It seems that you are transparent except to pay.
